The journey to shape Cambodia's next generation officially began at Angkor University as the Education Cadre Students Batch 22nd (Session 1) commenced their 2025–2026 Academic Year with a powerful Orientation.
The ceremony served as a source of profound inspiration, with H.E. Dr. Peung Kimchhen, Undersecretary of State at MOEYS, addressing the cohort as the high representative of Deputy Prime Minister H.E. Dr. Sapheacha Hang Chuon Naron.
