Angkor University (AU) took its internationalization strategy to the birthplace of democracy, participating in a vital 10-day project meeting in Athens, Greece, from October 18-28, 2025.

This was the 3rd collaborative meeting under a major European Union (EU) funded project designed to bolster university capacity and quality. AU representatives engaged directly with European and regional partners to share insights and strategize on implementing key reforms.

The focus of the meeting centered on practical steps to achieve international benchmarks across university functions. By working side-by-side with leading European institutions, AU is effectively leveraging EU assistance to modernize its systems.
