Angkor University consist of executive committee led by the rector,  and has management system including  university's top executive committee with 4 (four) members such as one rector, 3 vice-rectors; middle committee has 12 (twelve) members such as One dean for the Faculty of Business Administration and Tourism, One dean and One vice-dean  for the Faculty of Public Health, One dean for the Faculty of Science and Technology, One dean for the Faculty of Humanities and Languages  and One head of the Department of Korean Language, One dean for the Faculty of Sociology and Law, One dean for the Faculty Agriculture, and One dean for the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture. Whereas all offices play role as chief of staff for the operation of work with effectiveness and quality.
